STAGE ONE "Pre Build" : STAGE TWO "Build"

STAGE ONE:

STEP 1: Firstly Barrisdale would conduct a feasibility survey to see if your loft can be converted which is part of our service consultation.

STEP 2: Upon inspection we will ascertain the possiblities of conversion and determine the need for planning permission.

STEP 3: Following further discussions about your requirements we will show you our gallery of past conversions to help you decide what you want.

STEP 4: Barrisdale will endeavor to recommend previous clients.

STEP 5: After this consultation Barrisdale will supply you with a no obligation quotation and also give you time esimates for planning permisissons, commencement and completion of the various stages of build.

SETP 6: Upon your approval where necessary; Barrisdale will submit the designs for local authority determination under the 1990 Town and Country Planning Act, section 63 which is normally processed within a 8 week period.

STEP 7: Barrisdale will then present Building and Fire Regulation plans to the Local Authority Building Control for inspection. Once they are satisfied, the Statutory Comencement Notice will be submitted to the Building Control Department.
