Barrisdale’s' engineers evaluate information gained from boreholes, soil testing, CBR readings and any other relevant analyses before making recommendations on purchase or design.

An extension cannot be more than 13 feet high within 6 feet 6 inches of the boundary. You could achieve two stories using a pitched roof and a sunken floor within volume limits.
